The Lung Association of Saskatchewan
As Saskatchewan’s oldest health charity, The Lung Association of Saskatchewan has led the fight for healthy lungs for over 100 years. Our services began in 1911, battling the tuberculosis epidemic that swept across the province and Canada. Today, we fight for the 1 in 5 people in Canada affected by lung diseases such as asthma, COPD, pulmonary fibrosis, and lung cancer. Thanks to our work, Saskatchewan has seen tremendous strides in lung health policies.
You can find our audited financial statement on our website.

Programs & Services
St. Mary’s Community School is the first in Canada to have an in-school pediatric clinic. The clinic is a partnership between the Greater Saskatoon Catholic Schools, the University of Saskatchewan College of Medicine, and the Saskatoon Tribal Council. The Lung Association provides breathing tests (spirometry) and asthma education to the students and families at the clinic, and we are proud to partner and provide service.
We offer online support groups.
